PreyLens

Terms and privacy

What the service does

PreyLens replaces the background of a photo while leaving the subject itself untouched. Processing is automatic, with no human involved.

Payment

Access is sold as 30-day subscriptions and as a one-time crop purchase. Payment is by bank card through YooKassa or with Telegram Stars. Subscriptions do NOT renew automatically: to continue, pay again.

Your limit

A subscription includes a volume of processing expressed in photos. The exact count depends on image size, which is why the interface says 'about'. Unused volume does not carry over to the next period.

Refunds

If processing fails, the limit for it is not charged — this happens automatically. Refunds for a paid subscription are handled case by case: write to support through the bot.

What we store

Your Telegram id, your username if you have one, the chosen language, your plan and remaining limit, and records of each job: time, model and cost. Support conversations are visible to the service owner.

What happens to your photos

Source and finished images are kept on the server for no longer than an hour — enough to deliver the result and let you save it. After that an hourly cleanup deletes them. Downscaled copies of recent jobs are kept for the History screen — no more than 40 per person; older ones are removed as new ones arrive.

Who can see your photos

Nobody but you. Files are served only against your sign-in signature or through a link with an unguessable name that expires in minutes. To replace a background, the photo is sent to a third-party image generation service — without any personal data, the photo alone.

What the service does not do

It does not publish your photos, does not pass them to third parties for advertising, and does not use them to train models.

Deleting your data

Write to support through the bot and your account and its records will be deleted. Your photos are already gone by then, automatically.

Limits of use

Do not process other people's photos without their permission, or anything unlawful. The model may refuse individual images — close-ups of people, for instance; your limit is not charged for a refusal.

Contact

Any question — the /support command in the bot. The service owner answers.
